Natalie Bell, mother of 5, is a successful small business owner in Australia who started personalizing items as a hobby. Like all parents, Natalie just wanted to make sure her children were safe at all times. After her eldest daughter, Shae, started to lose her hearing at a young age, Natalie realized she may not always be available to vocalize important details about her daughter's disability in an emergency. Natalie shared a photo of Shae wearing her new belt cover on Facebook and the photo went viral. So many people praised her creation that she started selling them worldwide and now in different languages.
